The global concept of the Innocence album itself tells about the journey of human life from their youth until their maturity in which at last they are being coerced to deal with the real world.
This concept is influenced by the psychoanalytic theory by Fairbairn and Winnicott which considers children as initial innocent and pure, but prone to lose their innocence under the influence of stress or psychological traumas. The 10 songs included in the album Innocence are the sonic lamentations of a human living through those stress and mental traumas.
