SUIR release their new album «Not All Of Your Pain Is Self Chosen» and take a big leap from their previous works and show a mature and evolved sound.
Almost all of the songs were created in a close and joint writing process, and also the two band members are often featured in each other’s lyrics.

«Not All Of Your Pain Is Self Chosen» shows a deep and personal insight into the life and mind of SUIR. Fear, worries, doubts, but also love and affection are expressed in the ten tracks.

Singer Denis Wanic describes the album as «This might be our darkest album so far. However, it has nothing to do with celebrating sadness, we don’t do that. This album is about healing, growing and changing».
